There are a lot of English ghosts that have many conditional dialogues, but the conditional dialogues have often felt the same from ghost to ghost, making them less interesting overall. So lately, I've been encouraging English developers to avoid conditional dialogues.
I suppose the difference is probably because in the most commonly used English ghost template these kinds of conditional branches are included by default (and often, the placeholder dialogues aren't changed that much, leading to the feeling that they're all the same). It's interesting!
